1. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we inform you that the personal data you provide us through our Website or by mailings electronic files, will be incorporated into an automated file owned by the Rose Cross Order, (hereinafter RCO), who acts as the data controller, registered as a non-profit cultural association in the Registry of Associations of the Interior Ministry of the Interior, with the number 75,047, and CAC with the number 1,538 of Las Palmas de G.C. - N.I.F. G35250521, with registered office at C./ Las Brisas, nº 20, 35300 Santa Brígida, Las Palmas, Spain, EUROPEAN UNION, in order to manage, provide, expand and improve the services offered on the Website, execute the contracts that Through it, survey forms are carried out, study the use of services by Users, the sending of service updates, as well as to send you advertising and / or promotional information of the products and services offered by RCO or by third parties related to the sale of consumer goods that may be of interest to them, the User expressly consenting to the sending of said information by any means, including electronic ones, like email.

In the case of users who provide their data to RCO and who are not Users, they expressly accept that the fact of providing their data to RCO is equivalent to their express authorization to send advertising through said medium. If not, we ask that you do not provide your data and/or do not send RCO any communication. The User expressly grants the necessary consent so that RCO can communicate such User status to those third parties who intend to send an invitation email to be part of RCO, to avoid said remission.

Likewise, the User is informed that in case of using the "recommend" option, RCO will inform the person to whom it sends the recommendation to be a User of who has invited them to be a User, for which certain personal data they will be provided to the potential godson.

Due to the very nature of the service and content of the Website, it is essential to be able to send Users commercial communications by email. Therefore, in the event of the revocation of the consent provided for in the previous paragraph, this will automatically lead to the cessation and abandonment of the status of RCO User by the person who executes such revocation.

RCO communicates to the User, the non-mandatory nature of the collection of such data, except in the fields indicated otherwise. However, the non-completion of said data may prevent RCO from providing all those Services linked to such data, releasing it from all responsibility for the non-provision or incomplete provision of these Services.

The User will respond, in any case, to the veracity of the data provided, with RCO reserving the right to exclude from the registered Services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed in Law.

RCO allows its Users to invite third parties (family, friends, etc.) to join, as Users, the RCO community, by sending an invitation email, called a recommendation email. For this purpose, the User who executes the "recommendation" option offered by RCO declares that he has obtained the necessary consent for the transfer of personal data of the person to whom RCO will send said invitation, having informed him of the same in the terms collected in article 5.4. LOPD, as well as having obtained your express consent for the sending by RCO of its own commercial communications or of third parties related to its own products and / or services or of third parties related to the sale of consumer goods.
